COVID-19 Changes

As part of our effort to ensure the safety of you and the wider community I have put into force a temporary set of policies and procedures while an enhanced risk of coronavirus transmission is present in the community. These measures will be relaxed as soon as it is safe to do so, and we really value you your understanding and compliance during this unprecedented event. Please ensure you read this document in full and understand its contents, please contact us if you have any questions.

General information:

I will be checking my temperature on a daily basis and would encourage all clients to do so on the morning of treatments. I will be postponing any treatments where clients may be at risk or have symptoms. This is for your safety as well as mine.

Before your appointment:

I will be asking clients to complete an online health screening questionnaire prior to treatments. This will include a COVID-19 declaration. New client consultations will also be conducted in the 48 hours before the appointment.

The health screening questionnaire can be found here.

Your appointment:

Please shower and wear clean clothes before your appointment. Where possible, please clear space in and ventilate the room we will be using prior to my arrival. Please open all doors so that I do not need to touch anything unnecessarily. I will be sanitising any equipment before and after appointments, following best practice guidelines. I will also be using hand gel before entering your premises and before the treatment commences. To reduce risk of spreading disease, I will temporarily be asking clients to provide their own towels and using disposable couch roll instead of couch covers. Until the government relaxes requirements on social distancing, I will be wearing a face covering during treatments and asking clients to wear face coverings during side lying and supine (back) lying treatments.

After your appointment:

Please let me know immediately if you or anybody in close contact with you develops symptoms of (or tests positive with) COVID-19.

I will be regularly reviewing these changes as the government guidelines change. If you have any concerns or questions, feel free to contact me.
