With over 8 years experience in the fitness industry, I have worked with a range of clients from first time exercisers looking to get fit and lose weight, sports teams needing extra pre-season fitness, and elite athletes looking to get stronger and improve their performance.

I’ve not exercised for years, does this matter?

I’ve got an injury that prevents me from doing certain things, can you still help?

Yes, all programs are bespoke to your needs and with my expert knowledge of sports injuries I can tailor sessions and programs to help you get back to full fitness.

What do I need for these sessions?

All you need is space for us to train, I bring anything we need. Although, if you do have any equipment this can be useful

Will I need to diet too?

This isn’t necessary, however if you feel you need help with diet, this is something I can offer with my nutrition services.

Not at all. I will design sessions to suit your fitness level and previous experience, so don’t worry about how long it’s been, the important thing is that you want to start again!
