The clinic is located within Solution Clinic @ The Ivy Gym, 32 High St, Loughborough LE11 2PZ

Head up the stairs to the first floor, open the door (next to the Ivy Gym logo) reception should be in front of you. Let them know you’re here to see me and they will let you in and direct you to a waiting area. I will collect you as soon as I’m ready.

There are toilets, showers and changing rooms available. We also have access to the gym for rehab if required.

Limited mobile sessions are available and will incur a mileage charge - this will be determined on booking.

Please contact me if you require a time outside of regular hours or a mobile session.

Unfortunately, there is no parking available directly outside the clinic. Below are some recommended parking options:

Euro Car Park Market Street multi storey (4 min walk) – 50p 1 hour, £1.50 2 hours

CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand things don’t always go to plan. To help us keep things running smoothly for all clients:

48+ hours’ notice: No charge – thank you for letting us know in plenty of time.
24–48 hours’ notice: 50% of your session fee applies.
Less than 24 hours’ notice or missed appointment: Full session fee applies.

If something unexpected happens, please contact us as soon as you can – we’ll always do our best to be understanding.
